ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING NOTICE

An Cumann’s AGM will be held to disclose reports, audit committee findings, discuss general matters of the association and elect new members to the board for 2012 – 2013.

Should any member wish to present a nominee for consideration at the AGM, we ask that you send in nominations to the board prior to the meeting.

All members are encouraged to attend.

Date & Time: Thursday, December 6th, 7:30 pm
Location: Secunda Boardroom. 4th Floor Sobeys Building,
Saint Mary’s University. Halifax, NS

Entertainment before, after and potentially during the Annual Meeting with be provided by:

Jon Goodman – flute, pipes, whistle
Roy McLaren – whistle
